Annual Subscription Terms and Conditions
This subscription will automatically renew annually. By purchasing, you agree to a 12-month term that will be auto-renewed until canceled. You will be automatically charged the same amount each time. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account at any time. If you don’t have an account, one will be created automatically after you place the order. You can also cancel the subscription by contacting us at hello@overlapgroup.com.

Annual Subscription Refund Policy
Refunds: No refunds are given; however, you may cancel your next annual charge at any time. Your site will remain live until the next annual renewal date unless you notify us at hello@overlapgroup.com to take the site down.

Monthly Subscription Terms and Conditions
This subscription will automatically renew monthly. By purchasing, you agree to a 12-month term in 12 equal monthly payments that will be auto-renewed until canceled. You will be automatically charged the same amount each time. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account at any time. If you don’t have an account, one will be created automatically after you place the order. You can also cancel the subscription by contacting us at hello@overlapgroup.com.

Monthly Subscription Refund Policy
Refunds: No refunds are given; however, you may cancel your next monthly charge at any time. When canceling a monthly subscription within the first 12 months, you will automatically be charged the remaining 12-month balance using the credit card you entered when signing up for the subscription. Your site will remain live until the initial 12-month subscription period ends or until you notify us at hello@overlapgroup.com to take the site down.

Commitment and Ownership Agreement
By clicking "Agree," in checkout, the client understands and agrees to the following terms:

Minimum Commitment: The client commits to a minimum of a one-year subscription with Overlap Group LLC.

Website Ownership: The websites designed by Overlap Group LLC are the property of Overlap Group LLC unless otherwise recorded.

Customer Domain Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing a domain name and granting access to manage the domain's DNS settings. This access is necessary to update DNS records to point to the website hosted by Overlap Group LLC.

Customer Photos & Artwork: The client affirms that all content provided, including images, videos, and other media, is legally owned or properly licensed for use in the development of the website.

Fees:

Design and Setup Fees: Overlap Group LLC does not charge any design or setup fees with the purchase of a new website.

Termination and Transfer: If the client wishes to terminate their website subscription but would like to continue using their current website, they must set up their own Duda account and will incur a one-time $3000 transfer fee for the design.
